Kamchatka carb with avacado spring roll, wasabi cream and ginger foam
Trout, pumpkin soup, fennel and pumpkin seed oil
Deer filet and sausage, mashed potato, mixed vegetables and cranberry jus
Choclate cake with orange salad and panettone ice cream!
